This is a total redo.
It took about a week to strip all the
old Testors' paints off the Captain.
The Testors was too glossy
(even though they say flat).
Any gloss is now due to the lighting
He was re-painted using the following.

Paints used:
Delta Creamcoat
Artist Gesso for a base.
Lamp Black & White for grey
Lamp Black
Red
Testors Skin Tones
Base, Warm Tint, and Shadow Tint

Gloss black for the boots.
I know they are not supposed to be gloss,
but Mark would agree, that in the military,
they are supposed to shine.
